I got a phone call yesterday afternoon from Jon at USCIS, he has our case! To say I was excited was an under statement. The only thing is, he was calling for a reason, our home study was missing some required information on Adam. Since he is 18 years old the home study is required to have certain information on him and it did not. Thankfully, Jon said our social worker can write up an amendment and fax it to him and this should be fine.
Our wonderful social worker Kristin called me back a few hours later and said she would get this faxed over to him some time today. Thanks Kristin, you are the best! We love you and all the hard work you do is greatly appreciated.
So we are keeping our fingers crossed and saying some prayers we will have the I171H in our hands sometime next week.
Have a great day!
On The Wings of Destiny
Somehow destiny comes into play. These children end up with you and you end up with them. We witness a miracle every time a child enters into life. But those who make their journey home across time & miles, growing within the hearts of those who wait to love them, are carried on the wings of destiny and placed among us by God's very own hands.
